This is a short extract from a music video I'm working on. The production involves a combination of long exposure light painting, stop motion and experimental video techniques. It's still a work in progress so stay tuned!
This video was an early experiment by me to try my hand at moving images. My speciality had always been in stills but I thought that I needed to expand my skill set. It was shot on my 7D with a couple of experimental lenses in my lounge room with post work done in Premiere and After Effects (both programs were something I had to learn on the fly).
This is a highlights reel for GoDive and Submersible Human for dive trips to Truk Lagoon in Micronesia. All the video was captured by Diver Di (Submersible Human). My task was to edit the video and produce the music. I was in the water for much of it so I also photo-bomb once or twice...
